Step 1:  Select Item 

Method 1: Copy and Paste Original Product Link on Astealbuy

Select product(s) from Chinese e-commerce websites and copy the links of your desired products. Then paste the links in the search field on Astealbuy.

Tips:

The original product link supports links from Chinese online shopping websites such as Taobao, Tmall, 1688, and Weidian.

Method 2: Search for Product Keywords

Use the product name/keywords to search on Astealbuy and select from the results on Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and Weidian.

Method 3: Image Search

Click on the image button, take a product picture, or upload a product image, then select from the results on Taobao, Tmall, and 1688.

 Tips:

The cleaner the background of the image and the clearer the product, the more accurate the search results will be.

Step 2: Submit Order

Choose item’s model, color, size, and quantity, then add it to your shopping cart or irectly checkout.

Tips:

1.Please note that restrictions may apply for international delivery.

2. Be aware of the potential risks associated with purchasing products on 1688. See Astealbuy’  shopping agent notice for more information.

3. Also, keep in mind that most suppliers on 1688 have a minimum order requirement. Check the supplier’s minimum order quantity before placing your order.

Step 3: Pay For Product(s)

Select your payment method and pay for the item(s) and Chinese local delivery fee.

Step 4: Astealbuy Purchase Your orders to Astealbuy Warehouse

Our shopping agents will contact the seller and purchase your ordered items.

Tips:

During the purchasing process, you can click ‘order enquiry’ to contact our shopping agents for any further details, and they will contact you via email or message if needed, i.e. some information is needed to be completed by you.

Step 5: Astealbuy Quality Inspection and Storage

After your orders arrive at Astealbuy warehouse, quality control will be conducted and the items will be stored in the warehouse.

You can check the order status and the quality control pictures of your item by visiting “My Account” – “My Orders”/My Warehouse”.

 Tips:

1. Quality Control

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, a thorough quality inspection will be conducted, including taking photos for your review. If any issues are found, we will notify you promptly.

Astealbuy provides 3~5 free quality control pics for each order.

If you need more quality control pictures from one specific angle or for one specific detail, you can buy extra pictures on “Orders”-“Extra Photo”.

Note that products purchased from 1688 have a different set of quality control standards.

2.  Storage

Astealbuy provides 60 days of free storage time for each order after “stored in warehouse” status.

If an order is not submitted for international shipping after 60 days of storage, it will be destroyed by default. If you would like to extend the storage period, please purchase additional storage time 1 week before the expiration date on the “warehouse” page.

Step 6: Submit for Delivery

Visit ‘My Warehouse’ and select items then submit for delivery. Fill in delivery details and choose the recommended type of delivery.

Tips:
Some items may be restricted with a certain type of delivery. However, we have selected a few recommended types of delivery for you to choose from the list.

We provide additional services such as package removal, package reinforcement, insurance, etc. Please inform us under remark and we will follow your request.

Step 7: Pay international shipping fee deposit

Select payment method for the international shipping fee deposit and customs fee.

Tips:
The international shipping fee deposit is calculated according to the product's estimated weight, the selected shipment method, and the destination.

The final shipping fee will be calculated according to the package size and weight verified by the shipping company. If there is a discrepancy between the final shipping fee and the deposit, the amount of difference will be returned to your Astealbuy account after the product is shipped.

Step 8: Astealbuy Delivery

Consolidate and pack items, reinforce package, weight and send out for delivery.

Tips:

You can track the parcel via ‘My account’ – ‘Parcels’ after it is sent out.

Step 9: Waiting for your package to arrive

You can track your package and follow its shipping progress on the “My Parcels” page. 

Please Note:

There is always the possibility that accidents may happen during international package shipments. Such circumstances include delays, confiscation, taxes, package damage, missing packages and more. Astealbuy cannot control or prevent accidents that may happen when your package is in the hands of a third-party logistics company or the customs, nor will we be able to guarantee the service quality of other companies not affiliated to Astealbuy. However, we aim to provide the best service possible to our customers and will inform you beforehand of the shipping situation for each shipping route or country you select and do everything we can to aid you if problems occur。

Final Step: Delivered & Review

Once you have received the parcel, you can confirm the delivery via‘My Account’– ‘Parcels’. If you have any question regarding to the parcel, you can also choose the relevant parcel and apply for after-sales service.

Tips:
Once you completed the review, credit will be earned. Don't forget to earn credit as it can be used to deduct the international delivery fee.
